{payment}

I accept all form of payment through paypal. please note, a paypal account is not required to pay by paypal.

If payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be canceled and item will be listed again.

{shipping}

Currently all items are being shipped from northwest Indiana.  I will be happy to ship worldwide. 

Please be sure to include the name and address of where you'd like the items to be shipped and what country.  All items will ship via USPS, and will be sent out within 5 business days of purchase.  All items shipped to Canada will take approximately 8 business days. International packages will take longer. If you need items expedited, please contact me before items are shipped.  If you prefer a different shipping method please state at time of purchase.  Fees may be applied for change of and expedited shipping.

All items are available to ship worldwide.

sixteensunbuckles WILL NOT be held responsible for orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses or mail system delays. items lost or damaged in transit: once order is placed in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS/CanadaPost. sixteensunbuckles does not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If USPS/CanadaPost damages it, or loses it; sixteensunbuckles is not liable for the loss. Items are not considered lost until 30 days after the shipment date.

Please first message me if there are any problems with your item.  My goal is your complete happiness with your purchase.

Because we offer truly customized products, sixteensunbuckles custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on our end we will replace the item free of charge.  We will require your approval on all final designs before processing or printing.

Shipping costs are not refundable.  All custom orders are not refundable.

Please be aware that sixteensunbuckles does our best to represent the colors of all products in our pictures. All computer monitors display images in RGB format (calibrated differently) and all sixteen sunbuckles printing is done in CMYK format, so slight color variation from your computer screen to print may occur.
